A hybrid between Dendrobium species - moniliforme which is native to Japan, Korea, China, the Himalayas, and northern Indochina and virgineum that is found in Myanmar, eastern Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Cool to warm growing, you can grow this plant alongside your Cymbidiums and Zygopetalums outdoors in dappled but bright conditions. As Den. moniliforme is deciduous, you may see leaf loss in winter. You can expect small, 5cm, scented white flowers.
