Flask of Paphiopedilum Harold Koopowitz x anitum 'Bear' GM/TPS with 1 plant to the flask. Two superior parents have been used in this crossing. This hybrid, a combination of malipoense and rothschildianum, crossed with anitum, has a diverse range of preferred temperatures. Some parents favour cool to warm climates while others thrive in hotter conditions. To ensure optimal growth, we suggest maintaining a consistently warm temperature for this plant throughout the year.
With Paph. Harold Koopowitz having exceptionally wide and Paph. anitum having exceptionally long blooms, you can certainly expect to see very large, hopefully black blooms.
Can be deflasked between Spring and Autumn, they will however need to be protected over the following winter until they are of a size that will manage normal growing conditions.
